WELCOME TO :DAVID-WYNN: MILLER, :LAW-CLAIMS.

Many have asked for this section and it is now here! Most likely you came to this section because you're new to the site and are not sure what to make of it. We are glad you came to learn more and we hope this section will answer some of your questions.

 What is this web-site about?
We are more or less English teachers helping you to re-learn what most of us forgot about procedure when applied to language and in every case you were taught the wrong way to do it from the beginning. :David-Wynn: Miller has created a mathematical formula for language. When you think about it he has create the universal key code for all languages. As you may know math on this planet is the same here as it is anywhere in the universe. Does not matter what planet you are on or where you are 1+1=2. We all believe and trust math because it is absolute fact. You can do math front-wards then prove it backwards to make sure you get the same answer 2-1=1. You can do that very same thing on this web-site. Take any sentence and try reading it front-wards and backwards, doesn't matter which sentence it is on this web-site it will work just like math. But you can take it a step further by translating it to a different language. With translation using David's procedures you lose nothing in the translations meaning. Many may say that is simply impossible and that you cannot maintain the exact meaning of a sentence. Yes you can and once again feel free to check it out as we have 3 languages to choose from.

How was everyone taught wrong?
In school we were all taught to modify our facts better know as a noun. A noun is a person, place or a thing anyway you look at it a noun is an absolute fact. For example a tree, no matter how you look at it a tree is a fact, not only is it a fact but you can find the definition for tree in any language from Spanish to German or even Russian a tree is a tree. We modify our noun because of a lack in procedure for our language. There is only one way to present a noun by a preposition, article and noun in that order. We will cover the preposition, article and noun in more detail in the next question, but there are many ways to destroy a noun. Your first and biggest modifier is going to be the adverb, which will modify a verb, noun, adjective, adverb, preposition and an article. The adjective is the next modifier and it will only modify a noun. To summarize adverb is a verb modifier and an adjective is a noun modifier. On to the next question!

How do prepositions and articles work?
Prepositions are an assignment of authority, the assignment of authority in a preposition is going to give you your time and place and is going to certify your time and place of what you are going to say next which is your article the word that will specifically command whatever the subject matter is were you want to go to. All 1.6 million words in the English language are in fact nouns. To get to the noun/ certification/ subject matter we must use a preposition followed by a article any other way you write your sentence will modify the noun and destory the facts.

What are Quantum's?
A Quantum is a three-dimensional object like a square. Quantum's are possessive as you are on the playing field. In a quantum you can't be "TO" or "FROM" an object cause "TO" is future tense and "FROM" is past tense. These two objects are a condition of time. The future has never happened and the past doesn't exist in now time/[present tense]. So if you want to be inside a quantum you must be in the now time/[present tense] when it comes to time.
Think of a quantums like a X/Y axis:
+1(X) = Future
-1(X) = Past
+1(Y) = Over/Above
-1(Y) = Under/Below

As you can see in the use of contract the only way to meet or agree on a common point is 0(X), 0(Y) otherwise know as now time/[present tense]. How can we begin to make contract with others if we are not in the present tense? As stated above your are not in the future or the past but only in the now time/[present tense].
Can't be: To, From, Above, Below
Can be: For, By, Of, Against, With

:Law of the Brackets/ Boxing/ Four-Cornering

8.20. In bills, contracts, laws, etc., to indicate matter that is to be omitted.

Notice the box around this page? Notice the boxes around most of your contracts? Got you thinking?

Why do we use World instead of America?
America is pronounced like this – A-meri-ca - Now lets break down the meaning:
A = Prefix meaning NO
Meri = Latin meaning mercy
Ca = Scottish meaning heard sheep
America = No mercy for the sheep
This is why we use World in the place of America. For the territory of the party is with the Law of the Flag, so when you place your flag on your documents you are making a claim for your territory in this World.

Why do you use so much punctuation?
There are three major forms of punctuation that we use full colon, hyphen, and tilde. Each of course has its meaning and use in language.

Full colon is a prepositional phrase, which is used in order to keep a noun term because any use of a noun without a prepositional phrase will modify your noun. For a sample we will use my name Jason Brian Zellmer, now each part of my name is a noun, but we you put a noun next to noun they modify each other.

Here is what happens:
~3 = Adjective [description/opinion/modifier]
~4 = Pronoun [description/opinion/modifier]
~5 = Noun [fact]

Wrong
Jason (3) Brian (3) Zellmer (4)
As you can see my name is now nothing more than a opinion.

Right
:Jason-Brian: Zellmer (all 5’s)
Now with the proper punctuation my name remains a noun and fact! This says For the Jason-Brian of the Zellmer family or backwards For the Zellmer family of the Jason-Brian, same front-wards and backwards!

Hyphen is used for compound nouns because when a noun is next to a noun it modifies but if you just add a hyphen you create a compound noun!

Tilde (~) is used for all numbers that are locations.
For a sample: Title~42: U.S.C.: Section~1986
In math problems, you do not use the tilde because you are dealing with exact numbers. Sample: 1+1=2|2-1=1
